dbconfig-sqlite software package provides dbconfig-common SQLite support, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dbconfig-sqlite
dbconfig-sqlite is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dbconfig-sqlite package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dbconfig-sqlite *
You will get with dbconfig-sqlite package name, version, architecture and description in a table
